My husband hails from Far Rockaway, Queens, and was born a die-hard Knicks fan, but has never witnessed them win a Championship in his lifetime.

Me? I’m a huge basketball fan and former athlete with five knee surgeries to prove it. (My jumpshot is still mean though.) I’ve seen my favorites win a ring time and time again, but I always had a soft spot in that area for my husband.

I've always cheered on the Knicks with him, but during this championship run, I lost my voice, shed some tears, and celebrated like I was losin' it!

Then... KNICKS IN 5. The weight was over.

I moved to New York from Maryland in my earlier 20s and got robbed my first day there. But...nothing could stop my unwavering love affair with the only city in the world that can match my energy.

So this new brand is our love letter to the city of New York, and the dope, fearless, and well-deserving folks who reign from it.
